The AAMA’s charitable foundation is once again soliciting donations for its annual Amusement Expo International Honor Roll fundraiser, aiming to raise $37,500 by the end of the trade show. AAMA supports The Sunrise Association, Children’s Miracle Network, K.E.E.N. and many other organizations, and helped raise $112,500 in 2018. New Jersey state legislators recently passed a bill that prevents businesses from banning cash purchases by a 72-2 vote in the state Assembly and a 39-0 vote in the state Senate. According to Digital Transactions, once signed by Gov. Phil Murphy, the proposed law would make New Jersey the second state in the country to pass such legislation.
