1000th I.T. Golden Tee Daily Contest Approaches

By Casey Minter on March 29, 2017 INSTANT REPLAY

Since its debut in October 2016, Incredible Technologies says its popular Golden Tee Daily Contest format has awarded over $1.5 million to thousands of players across North America. This Friday (03/31), I.T. and the Golden Tee team are celebrating the 1000th consecutive Daily Contest with an extra special incentive: over $6,000 in prizes for the day.

The milestone will also coincide with Golden Tee’s fan favorite Freaky Friday event, which selects a mix of 18 golf courses from the entire catalog. To tie into the upcoming April Fool’s Day, I.T. has crafted this week’s Freaky Friday course list from some of the trickiest holes in the game.

“The Daily Contest format generally shows strong player participation and great earnings,” said Don Pesceone, VP of I.T.’s amusements division, “But Freaky Fridays have taken the format to a whole new level. The unique and creative setups, big prizes and repeatable format are a monster hit with players.”

Finally, in addition to the 1000th Daily Contest and Freaky Friday, I.T. will also host a special Money Shot competition, with the winner taking the final qualifying spot at the Golden Tee World Championships this May.

“Last week’s Money Shot had hundreds of players going all out for a shot at Worlds, with a nice boost for earnings,” said Pesceone. “We expect this Friday to be even more incredible.”
