Sega’s Joypolis VR concept and Spaces VR are teaming up to open a new VR attraction near Tokyo’s Shibuya train station, one of the busiest transit hubs in the world. The new attraction will open Oct. 25. The National ATM Council, Inc. (NAC) trade show and convention has launched with an auspicious start. NAC 2018 – ATMs Across America, which runs until Oct. 18, is said to be the largest of the organization’s outings. NAC officials, though hesitant to quote exact numbers just yet, estimate this year’s event boasts more booths and registered attendees than last year’s record-breaking trade show. “We’re excited to be back in Vegas and back at Bally’s to have a bigger and better show than the year before, our shows just keeps on growing,” said NAC chair, George Sarantopoulos, Access One (Brooklyn, N.Y.).…
The California Entertainment Machine Assoc., (CEMA) is all set to ring in the new year with its late-January Spotlight Show. Are out-of-network ATM fees out of control? According to a new survey by Bankrate, the average ATM fee in the U.S. is $3.02 with an average out-of-network fee of $1.66 added on to it. How does this impact independent ATM operators? The lack of transparency in the billing process leaves consumers blaming them, not their own banks, for the high fees.
