The annual AAMA/AMOA Amusement Expo International is readying for its 10th year as the premier program for the amusement/coin-op crowd, and organizers are excited to show off the show’s rapid growth. From March 26-28, 2019, industry folks will flock to Las Vegas for the event, which will feature a full day of educational seminars leading into two days of exhibits featuring the latest products and games from manufacturers and suppliers.Since the Amusement Expo began in its new form back in 2010, new, allied sectors have continued to be added to its offerings.

This year, the National Bulk Vending Assoc. and the Laser Tag Museum will once again co-locate their conventions with the Expo, and a host of VR companies will also join the show for the second year. The Expo’s education day will open with keynote speaker Kindra Hall, who will present “The Irresistible Power of Strategic Storytelling.” Hall is the president and CSO at Stellar Collective, a marketing agency. For the rest of education day, there will be 16 different breakout sessions designed for street operators and FECs along with a full track dedicated to VR.

Education day will wrap up with presenter Tyler Bushnell, founder of Polycade, who will discuss key strategies for building recurring business by leveraging the nuances of Millennials and Gen Z.Besides education and equipment, a highlight of AEI will be the All-Industry Gala Reception, which will be held 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, in the Westgate Resort and Casino, adjacent to North Hall 1 of the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the exhibition program will be featured. For those looking to book a hotel, organizers highlight the Westgate, the official housing partner. It’s offering a special $95 rate for showgoers. For more information on the Expo, go to www.amusementexpo.org. Make plans to be there!
