Betson recently completed a new expansion for an old customer: Iowa City’s Pizza Ranch restaurant and arcade. A new location is expected to open next week, after closing its original location earlier this year. The new place will have seating for 235 customers, an additional 19 machines in the arcade and a larger buffet.
