“Volunteerism, cooperation and advancement of common goals are cornerstones of any association,” IAAPA notes. Thus, it recently encouraged members to apply for its many committee positions.

The association has five types of committees: board, strategic, regional advisory, constituency and awards – plus a series of subcommittees that range from specific industry committees focusing on FECs or waterparks, for example, to various regional committees (North America, Asia Pacific, etc.). The application form is available here. Learn more about the committees here, or visit www.iaapa.org for more info.
