Embed recently honored Family Entertainment Group (FEG) with an Early Adopter award, recognizing their continued collaboration. The celebration came after the two companies completed their 14th project together: an installation of smartTouch Insert readers on 93 games and attractions at Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs.
Embed says the award is given to long-time customers in appreciation for years of cooperation and support, as well as help in evaluating and developing the system’s features and functions. In addition to 12 Great Wolf Lodge properties, Embed and FEG have partnered on two other projects.
“Embed’s development team really listens to the operators’ day to day experience with the system and works diligently to make improvements that benefit the employees, enhance the customers’ experience in a game room and ultimately increase revenue,” said Silvia Lintner, Director of Revenue Management Services for FEG. “Overall, I am very happy to be partnered with Embed and look forward to continue helping them with future card system advancements.”
