The next Birthday University class will be held in Raleigh, N.C., on June 6. For $99, attendees get their one-day, intensive and interactive workshop that breaks down the basics of party supervision and customer experience. The workshop is meant for party hosts, and is presented in a fun, learn-by-doing format.
Part one teaches top hosts how to duplicate themselves in the hiring process, including how to run an audition, orientation and training. Part two teaches new party host skills, tricks, entertainment ideas and engagers for them to bring back and evolve your party program.
