Tilted 10 will soon occupy the space vacated by JCPenney at the Willow Grove Park Mall in the town of the same name in Pennsylvania, located just outside of Philadelphia. Elaut recently announced that it reached a settlement in its lawsuit against S&B Entertainment and St. Louis Game Company regarding Elaut’s patent for color-changing LEDs used in crane machines. The lawsuit claimed that the S&B/St. Louis Game Co. infringed Elaut’s patent through the sale of certain cranes. SEGA’s Vince Moreno was back at it again on Oct. 10, tackling his first Chicago Marathon in five years, having to miss some due to injuries and the pandemic. Spearheaded by operator Bob Burnham and a group of pool players in Wyoming, the 4th Annual Save the Rack Tournament was held Oct. 1-3 at the Peppermill Bar & Grill in Cheyenne. It’s a large pool league location of his Paradise Pinball. “We’ve done it there every year,” he said. “We always make it a really big deal and get the community involved.” This year, the pool tournament raised $1,670 for the Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative.
