The University of California’s San Diego campus has placed 11 machines that vend coronavirus test kits. Free of charge to students, the machines deliver a nasal swab along with test tube and instructions on how to perform a self-test.

The completed test results come back within 72 hours, according to KCAL, the CBS Los Angeles radio affiliate. The university has a rule that all students must be tested periodically.
