Screen Shot 2016-07-14 at 11.59.07 AM“Hi!” says the Playboy bunny to RePlay readers. Hi also to Glenn Streeter’s newest (Rock-Ola) jukebox invention. The man who brought out both the Harley-Davidson and Jack Daniels boxes has produced an extremely limited number of the new Playboy machine: only 20 of a 100-CD model and another 20 of its digital sister (which can hold up to 13,000 CDs in its Terabit digital hard drive).

The photo, shot June 29 at the Playboy Mansion in L.A., is of the CD model which costs $18,000 retail (the digital Music Center model runs a cool $20,000!). The shot, taken by their famous Grotto swimming pool, also shows a girl in a rabbit suit, but you probably saw that.

Playboy patriarch Hugh Heffner, Glenn reveals, got two out of the 40 boxes as commission (one’s in the building’s bar where it belongs). By the way, the Ricatech label on the grille stands for the Dutch company that has both the Playboy and Elvis licenses. For more info, catch Glenn at [email protected].
