Open since 2009, The Craze Fun Zone in Rexburg, Idaho, is closing at the end of this week. The final day of operation is Aug. 15.
“It was a combination of things, but the main thing was Covid hit us right at the time we usually save up money to survive the summer months,” owner Jared Golden Fulcher told East Idaho News. “Summer is generally really slow, but those three months we lost due to Covid were integral to us.”
Though known for its laser tag arena, the fun center also had an arcade, 9-hole blacklight mini-golf and billiards, as well as their Mad Hatter Pizzeria restaurant.
