A Quarter Century-Plus of SMART
Makes It a Smart Choice

For more than 25 years, SMART Software has been a trusted partner of route-based businesses across the country. Purpose-built for operators by industry experts, SMART offers an all-in-one solution that “empowers businesses to streamline operations, increase accountability, and scale with confidence,” the company says.

From amusement and ATM management to service, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and inventory tracking, SMART explained that they have it all covered “in one powerful platform.”

Key to their continued growth and market expansion, they say, is SMART’s ability to evolve alongside its customer base.

In just the past year, SMART has made major strides to expand its capabilities and boost performance – most notably with the launch of SMART Mobile 2025. This enhanced version includes improved performance, faster load times, and a more intuitive layout, making it even easier for field users to navigate, update, and execute tasks on the go.

“Our goal is to continue developing tools that allow operators to work more efficiently, adapt faster, and gain better insight into their operations,” said Product Owner Aaron Stortzum. “We’re proud to build software that grows with our customers – not against them.”

Looking ahead, SMART is preparing to release its most dynamic solution yet – SMART Routing – which is set to launch later this year.

This new technology will bring “a smarter approach to managing field operations and route logistics, reinforcing SMART’s role as the go-to software partner for businesses looking to maximize productivity and visibility in real time,” the company declares.

Those operators interested in getting early access to SMART Routing can contact the company to join the beta phase.

SMART is proud of their customization features, saying that many other systems on the market “offer rigid, one-size-fits-all structures.”

“Every feature – from reporting dashboards to contract-specific splits – is configurable to meet the unique demands of each business,” the company said of their system. “This flexibility allows operators to tailor SMART to their exact needs, eliminating the inefficiencies of using multiple disconnected systems.”

“SMART’s success comes from listening to our customers and building tools that directly solve the problems they face every day,” added the Director of Application Development Patrick Zuber. “We’re not just a software provider – we’re a long-term partner focused on helping businesses succeed through innovation and service.”

They say it’s that commitment to service that’s one of their biggest advantages. With more than 60 years of combined support and development experience, the SMART team doesn’t just know the industry… they’ve lived it.

The company proudly stated that customers frequently highlight the reliability and responsiveness of their support team, whose “hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge set them apart from the competition.”

SMART’s reach continues to grow as they serve operators of all sizes across amusement, ATM and service industries. Looking to the future, their mission remains clear: “Deliver powerful, adaptable technology backed by people who truly care – making it easier, smarter, and more profitable to run your business.” Reach out to the company directly to learn how their team can help you take control of your operations.
