This Thursday (06/23) at 2 p.m. (Eastern) AMOA’s Legislative Firm will be conducting a conference call for members to learn about the impact of the new Department of Labor rules on overtime for exempt employees.
Jim McNeill, who’s a partner with Dentons LLP, will lead the discussion during the call. The AMOA invites any members who are interested in learning about the requirements – which essentially double the salary threshold for overtime-eligible workers starting on Dec. 1, 2016 – to join in by emailing Claudia Kaczmarek ([email protected]).
