Three employees at Embed’s U.S. office have received key promotions: Danny Mondragon (right) now oversees system deployments as the Head of Installation, Salena Cigan (below left) is Embed’s new Head of Customer Onboarding and Martin Baugh (below right) is now Strategic Partnerships Manager.
Mondragon has been at the company for eight years, starting as an installation tech. For the last three years, he has honed his skills as the company’s Remote Installations Manager.
Cigan is moving up the ranks after only 18 months at Embed, and her new position will focus on streamlining the installation process through scheduling, shipping and arranging for customer training.
“My goal is to delight our customers and serve as their advocate,” Cigan said.
Finally, Baugh has spent the last five years in various roles at the company. Starting at the end of August, he’ll handle the complex requirements of Embed’s largest accounts.
