London Shows Prepped for Early 2017

The new year will start off with a bang for many in the amusement industry as they head to London for the first trade expositions of 2017. Two combined shows, EAG International and the Visitor Attractions Expo, will run Jan. 17-19 at the ExCeL London Exhibition Center, bringing together exhibitors and buyers from Europe and further afield.

New for the 2017 shows will be an expanded educational program, free of charge and open to all attendees. The seminars will address cashless systems, engaging with travel services, music licensing, inter-generational play spaces and more.

Speaking about the quality of visitors at last year’s events, Whitehouse Leisure’s Phil Setter called it an “extremely positive show with our booths well-attended. We’ve had good orders and there is an appetite for spending money.” Rhian Gordon,Regional Director at first-time VAE exhibitor Espresso Essential, was also impressed, saying it was: “The most eclectically successful show we’ve ever done. We’ve had leads from across the board.”

Some new faces at next month’s shows will include exhibitors like Barron Games, Direct Leisure, Heber, Huatong Technology Co., Huggables, JayBox, Lockyers, Play Fitters, Valley-Dynamo and others. For more information, to register and book hotels, click here.
