Intercard, Inc. has hired Jon Kuhn to serve in the newly created position of director of customer service. In the post, Jon will oversee all aspects of the company’s customer service program, and will work closely with customers to ensure their service requirements are delivered in a timely and thorough manner.

jon-kuhn-intercardKuhn will work with Intercard’s President Scott Sherrod to acquire, train and mentor the company’s technical staff, including employees at Intercard’s call centers in the U.S. and Asia. Kuhn will report to Sherrod, and work from the company’s St. Louis headquarters.

Prior to joining in Intercard, he held a variety of IT service management positions spanning multiple business categories. He has a degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.

“Jon’s empirical knowledge brings to Intercard the ability to take our service department to the top level,” said Sherrod. “His perspective serves us well as we continue to factor the voice of the customer into our strategic planning and initiatives.”
