White Hutchinson Leisure and Learning Group announced their latest project, Doc Brundy’s Delectable Diversions, has opened in Spanish Fork, Utah. The 16,000-sq.-ft. center is located in the heart of Mormon country, and so developers decided to make a twist on the traditional bar arcade model. The location has 55 games, scratch-made restaurant, duckpin bowling and an extensive soda bar.

Owners assume food and beverage will make the majority of revenues at the location. Some of the inspired drinks include mocktails, branded as Doc’tails, and all sodas are natural made. The location will eschew coffee and tea as well, and will be closed on Sundays.
