“I have a lot of ideas and great concepts that I’ve worked on, but not necessarily the wherewithal to apply them,” said Applebaum.” So it’s nice to have a company tat has the structure and capability of taking on any type of project. The process of developing new toys and finding mixes that are interesting and sellable is very exciting to me, it’s my favorite thing.”

Both Rosenberg and Applebaum were excited to stay on during the purchase, and bring A&A Global many years of experience in the industry. A&A says this purchase advances its mission to revolutionize the bulk vending industry, according to the company, and by combining TNT’s years of experience with an extensive product line and two shipping points (Baltimore/Los Angeles) the company hopes to position themselves better.

“We’re all very excited about this historic event,” said Brian Kovens, A&A Global’s Executive VP. “Not only do we have the pleasure of working with Rachel and Mike, we’re also looking forward to working with our new customers.”

A&A promises to keep those customers up to date on the purchase with personal phone calls, social media posts and more. Check the company’s website for the latest updates at www.aaglobal.com.
