Benchmark Goes Bilingual

0
By Casey Minter on August 31, 2016 INSTANT REPLAY

20160829_103533Benchmark Games has announced the addition of a designated telephone number and bilingual sales rep in a continued effort to expand its services to the international market, specifically Spanish speaking countries. Anthony Medina, one of Benchmark’s sales reps, will assist Spanish speaking customers as a friendly, first point of contact for game orders and support. Medina has been with Benchmark for over five years as a quality control specialist and has comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product line.

“We have identified the opportunity for game sale growth in Spanish speaking countries,” said Benchmark President Al Kress. “It is important that Benchmark continues to reach more people whose first language is not English. We will continue our customer focused approach and expand our capabilities to communicate effectively with these emerging markets.”

Spanish speaking customers may reach Anthony with their product inquiries at 00-1-305-900-8955 or email at [email protected]. He is also often in attendance at major industry tradeshows in which Benchmark Games participates, such as the upcoming 2016 IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, Fla., where Benchmark will be launching several new games to the international amusement community.
