The official sequel to Outbreak, the most-played title from Zero Latency VR, is now available, the company reported.   Called Outbreak 2: Mall Mayhem, the game features all-new mutated zombie variants, chaotic interactables like exploding toys and destructible mannequins, and “squad-based action for up to eight players.”   The game is Zero Latency’s first-ever in-house developed sequel, created entirely at their Melbourne, Australia, headquarters. Creative Works partnered with Amusement Foundry to debut an attraction called Detonate at this year’s IAAPA Expo. It’s described as a cross between an escape room and an arcade game and was designed for all types of location-based entertainment facilities. Detonate is a 10 minute or less escape room-inspired experience for 2-6 players. Team Betson gathered together on Nov. 20 at Give Kids The World Village in Kissimmee, Florida, in support of the 19th Annual IAAPA Footprints from the Heart 5K Fun Run and 1 Mile Walk. This year, Betson raised more than $28,000 for the nonprofit, which provides cost-free vacations to critically ill children and their families.
