Cloud-based arcade management and monetization system Tigapo just announced it hired Ted Parsons as the company’s director of sales.
Parsons brings more than 30 years of experience in the amusement and entertainment industry to the position. Most recently, he was the general manager of Helix Leisure USA, Inc., the parent company of Embed. There, he oversaw a business growth of 400 percent, according to Tigapo.
Prior to that, he was vice president and GM of Premier Game Company, which operated a coin-op game route of more than 250 locations, including FECs and movie theaters.
“Ted’s impressive and proven skillset make him a great addition to Tigapo’s rollout initiatives,” said CEO Sid Banon. “With his depth of experience in cashless payment and amusement, Ted is well qualified to understand the needs of operators and locations.”
