Shaffer Distributing is bringing on two more essential employees: Chad Roll (right) as Director of Operations and Adam Kleinhenz (below) as a Business Development Specialist. Roll come with 21 years of FEC technical management experience with Dave & Buster’s. He has managed the day-to-day at the mega-company’s Dallas, Texas service and parts depot most recently. Roll will be extensively involved with FEC project management, customer on-boarding and post support in this new role.
Kleinhenz also brings about 20 years of entertainment experience to his new Shaffer gig. He has worked for the past 12 years as VP of Regional Operations for Trifecta Management Group. Shaffer hopes his expertise in the entertainment industry will expand their ability to serve loyal customers and grow their FEC division. He will work directly with the company’s new VP of Sales George Speakman.
