In November, Pascaretti Enterprises along with AMI Entertainment co-hosted a pair of day-long educational workshops for customers in Michigan and Ohio. More than 30 operators attended each of the programs, which covered an array of topics aimed at making attendees experts at using AMI’s hardware, software and productivity tools.
John Pascaretti, President of Pascaretti Enterprises, led both of the sessions with the help of a trio of AMI execs: Tech Support/Training Specialist Fred Bergman, Product Manager Kapil Mistry and Regional Sales Manager Bryan Aune.
“The advancements in features and technology on today’s equipment is sometimes overwhelming, so it was beneficial for us to get together and share information on new ways to promote use and increase profits,” said John Pascaretti. “I think all of us came away from the seminars with new ideas we can implement right away to make a positive impact on jukebox performance.”
