A rezoning proposal in St. Johns County, Florida, could clear the way for Nothing Putt Fun & Games, a planned two-story, 32,000-sq.-ft. facility with a 22,000-sq.-ft. outdoor course, reports the Jax Daily Record.
The applicant, Barrett Tennant, is under contract to buy the 4.5-acre property and is also seeking an investor to help finance the project.
In addition to two 18-hole mini-golf courses, there are plans for a full bar, food trucks, and a mix of classic and modern arcade games.
