Moss, Stern Team Up with Make-A-Wish

By Matt Harding on January 4, 2021 INSTANT REPLAY

A “gamer hideaway” was gifted to 12-year-old Jace recently, a Make-A-Wish recipient who had a cancerous tumor removed last year. Courtesy of Moss Distributing and Stern Pinball, Jace was given a Stranger Things pinball machine, a big-screen TV and more.

According to Dakota News Now, Jace was diagnosed in October 2019 and started spending a lot of time at home, especially as the pandemic hit. Now, he has his very own pinball machine and video gaming space.

“I walked into the basement and saw that pinball machine and was like, ‘Woah, that is awesome,’” he said. “I love everything about it.”

Make-A-Wish president and CEO Sue Salter said the organization is granting all wishes it can safely grant right now, including those like Jace’s where it doesn’t involve an out-of-home experience. Learn more at www.wish.org.
