With an old bowling alley in town recently closed, Meridian, Miss., residents won’t have to wait too long for a new place to bowl. The owners of the former Family Bowl Lanes will be bringing a new concept to a new location – Event Zona in East Gate Plaza.
According to The Meridian Star, the new center will feature 16 lanes, an arcade, a trampoline area and other entertainment options, in addition to a pizza kitchen. It will be built next to a new Planet Fitness in the plaza, partially in an old Winn Dixie grocery store. Event Zona already has two locations elsewhere in the state.
