Main Street Deli, a business in downtown Findlay, Ohio, will soon add an arcade bar next door. Simply called Main Street Deli Bar and Arcade, it will include a full bar and 30-40 classic arcade games and pinball machines. According to WFIN, general manager Andrew Crom said they plan to open in October. The arcade games will be set to free play, while the pinball machines will take quarters. IAAPA says it’s “working to understand the provisions, definitions and member impact” regarding the new U.S. vaccine requirements that will affect employers with 100 or more employees. While the mandate allows for weekly Covid testing in lieu of being vaccinated, IAAPA is questioning who will be responsible to pay for testing; whether or not employers will be required to test if they already mandate vaccinations; and OSHA’s definition of 100-plus employees and whether or not that includes seasonal and part-time employees. Average Omni Arena revenues at FECs have topped $15,000 for six months in a row, according to Virtuix, a result that exceeds pre-Covid numbers. In a graph showing average monthly revenues since May 2020 supplied by the arena’s maker, the over $15,000 average is nearly double what the machines brought in last November. Virtuix also recently touted their repeat play numbers. More than a dozen loyal fans have played more than 100 times and one guest has played Omni Arena more than 200 times. Recently-opened Northern Michigan Axe Company is the first axe-throwing venue in Petoskey, according to the News-Review. They offer eight lanes of axe-throwing fun. Owners Shawn and Amber Hosford had been dreaming up the business for years after having gone to other axe-throwing ranges elsewhere in the state. “We are from Grand Rapids but moved up here about eight years ago,” Hosford said. “We used to do this downstate with our friends but, with a family, it became harder and harder to do that and we’ve always thought about doing something like this but never really had the opportunity.” The venue…
