Bar_Botics Arcade is so pumped, their grand opening will be held over the course of two days this week – Jan. 15-16. According to co-owner Ethan Page, the idea for his new retro arcade bar in Terre Haute, Ind., came from talking to the community.
“We kind of did a survey of the town, and really tried to see where there was a hole in the market and kind of what people were wanting,” he told WTWO. “The constant feedback that we got back was entertainment.”
And entertainment they will get! With a $5 cover charge, patrons are able to play a wide array of 1980s and ’90s classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong and Mortal Kombat II. Bar_Botics will be open from 3 p.m.-2:30 a.m. daily.
