Intercard Inc. recently completed an installation of its i3 Readers at Fantastic Park, a new FEC located in the Sputnik shopping center in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The 22,000 sq. ft. establishment opened at the start of this year and features ten different rides for families and children, an arcade and a toddler’s play area.
“Fantastic Park is the newest indoor park in Kazakhstan. Here, the children not only play, but also develop their skills in important areas such as imagination, logic, teamwork and motor skills,” said Damir Blyalov, Director of Rides & Games LLP, the company that designed, realized and manages Fantastic Park. “Adults appreciate that they can relax together with their children in a fun, comfortable and safe environment.”
According to the park, special attention has been paid to the theming of Fantastic Park. Reflecting the name of the FEC, older guests enjoy a variety of colorful environments – from an underwater world to a rally in the desert – and children can win heaps of prizes from the redemption center.
“The Intercard system works very well with the games, and has helped enhance the overall experience for our guests,” Blyalov continued. “Currently we are using branded play cards, but Intercard’s i3 Readers allow us to change to NFC or RFID in the future. We’re always looking for ways to make Fantastic Park more fantastic.”
