Longtime AMOA Executive VP, Jack Kelleher, will move over to top post at the group’s National Dart Association as its executive director effective Oct. 1. It has also been announced that the NDA will be managed by W.T. Glasgow, beginning Sept. 1; Kelleher will be working with NDA through this well-known tradeshow and event company.
Said Jack, “Brian Glasgow and his team will head up NDA’s events, while I will oversee the overall management of the organization. As far as goals, our mission is to continue to grow the sport, and participation in it, on all levels: among players, charter holders (operator members) and other constituents — manufacturers, suppliers, etc.
“Personally, I’m way excited about the challenges and opportunities ahead with NDA, but also I’m going to be able to stay closely connected to coin-op and the people I’ve been involved with all these years through AMOA,” he continued. “Plus, I will still be working on projects with AMOA, so I’m happy about that as well. It’s all good!”
RePlay joins with Jack’s many other fans in the industry in being glad he’s still going to be so intimately involved.
