A 55-acre site in Canton Township, Mich., is slated to bring a massive Topgolf facility to the area, along with two fast food drive-thru restaurants. Currently, Topgolf has only one other Michigan location in Auburn Hills.

According to Hometown Life, the developer Steve Robinson hopes to break ground by this summer and have the businesses open by spring 2025.

“I’ve spent the last few months…on the master plan advisory committee, and one of the things we consistently heard is that we need something in Canton that would draw people here and would have young people want to stay here and hang out and do fun things,” said the planning commission’s Sommer Foster. “I think this (Topgolf) meets that need for a lot of people in our community.”
