The deadline for IAAPA Expo exhibitors to submit their contract for this year’s show and receive the early-bird rate is May 15. The 2020 event is scheduled for Nov. 17-20 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., as usual. New this year, the trade show is expanding into the convention center’s West Hall.
