A Legacy that Plays On
The 4th Generation Joins Sacoa; Powerhouse Partners Program Debuts
From the golden age of seaside amusement centers in Argentina to today’s global cashless revolution, Sacoa has always been a family story. Founded more than six decades ago by father-son duo Mauricio and Jorge Mochkovsky, Sacoa Entertainment began as a small chain of FECs that would later give birth to Sacoa Cashless, one of the world’s leading pioneers in debit card systems for the amusement industry.
Sacoa’s technology “empowers operators to streamline operations, boost profitability, and enhance the guest experience through an integrated ecosystem of readers, kiosks, POS, and cloud-based management tools,” the company says.
That same spirit of innovation and family continuity continues today, as Ezequiel and Martina Mochkovsky, representing the fourth generation, step into the company alongside their fathers, Sebastian and Pol Mochkovsky, respectively, and grandfather, Jorge.

Together, the group embodies both the roots and the future of Sacoa, a family-driven enterprise that has evolved from operating some 60 FECs and outdoor amusement parks to developing world-class technology now used in more than 2,700 entertainment centers across 70 countries.
Even as Sacoa continues expanding worldwide, the company remains deeply connected to its origins. Recently, it celebrated the successful opening of a new Sacoa location at Ronda DOT in Buenos Aires, a state-of-the-art FEC that reflects both the company’s modern vision and its Argentine heritage. Two more centers are in the pipeline for early 2026.
While Sebastian and Pol have spearheaded Sacoa’s international expansion and technological modernization, Ezequiel and Martina bring a new perspective shaped by young ideas, creative energy, and a deep appreciation for the business their family built. Their involvement reflects Sacoa’s longstanding belief that leadership is cultivated through passion, integrity, and innovation.
Martina leads Sacoa’s global marketing strategy, bridging traditional methods with modern advancements. She has helped leverage the power of social media, the internet, and other digital media to increase and expand upon Sacoa’s outreach and marketing efforts. Martina’s work combines technology, culture and experiences that rejuvenate the company and open new market verticals.
Ezequiel has focused on strengthening partnerships, both with companies and customers alike. Through his Sacoa Powerhouse Partners program, Ezequiel has brought together dozens of industry leaders while giving back to customers. Through these and other efforts, Ezequiel has quickly become a known face in the industry, and he continues to expand Sacoa’s customer and business relationships, strengthening and making them more personal.
For founder and president Jorge Mochkovsky, this moment marks a proud milestone in Sacoa’s ongoing evolution. “Their participation brings renewed energy, fresh ideas, and a deep commitment to the same values that have guided us since the beginning,” he said. “Seeing the next generation take an active role in the family business brings me great pride and confidence that Sacoa will continue to build upon its legacy of innovation and excellence.”
For the Sacoa group, the story is also about people – those who built its foundation and those who continue to expand its reach across the world. Today, Sacoa’s presence extends far beyond Argentina. They operate through established offices in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Italy, the U.A.E., and Taiwan, providing regional service, training, and support to a growing network of entertainment operators.
Many of the company’s original team members who joined in the early 1990s – software developers, technicians, and others – remain active members of the staff today. Their experience and loyalty form a bridge between generations, strengthening relationships with long-time partners and welcoming new clients into the expanding Sacoa family.
Working in sync with these offices and teams, a trusted network of representatives across the globe continues to recommend, implement, and support the Sacoa system, ensuring that new clients experience its full potential from day one.
KwikPay, Sacoa’s latest innovation, showcases the company’s commitment to operators of all types and sizes. The company said it was specifically developed for small and route-based operations, allowing customers to pay for and instantly activate just about any machine, simply by scanning a QR code – no cards or applications are required.
KwikPay simplifies transactions and strengthens customer engagement through loyalty programs, helping operators drive up repeat visits and revenues, while driving down costs. It offers a flexible, data-driven solution that “redefines convenience and increases control across new market segments,” explained the Sacoa team.
Sacoa Powerhouse Partners Initiative
The company says giving back to customers is at the core of everything they do, and their new Sacoa Powerhouse Partners program is an exciting leap down this path.
According to Sacoa, the program brings together dozens of industry leaders and extends tens of thousands of dollars in savings exclusively to their customers. And to ensure the highest quality of providers, Sacoa says only businesses they personally work with in their own FECs and operations are allowed to join the program.
“We refuse to accept any commissions for purchases made through the Powerhouse Partners program because we want our customers to trust the direction in which we point them,” said Ezequiel Mochkovsky, head of the program at Sacoa. “Our only incentive is our customers’ success.”
He further explained that there’s much more to be saved through this program than money – operators can also expect to save time and effort when it comes to finding trustworthy providers. “If you think about it, the average FEC operator has to deal with dozens of vendors, one per sector of their business. This is made more challenging when opening a new location, as each sector requires that four or five companies be vetted before arriving at one,” said Ezequiel. “This is why my favorite part of this program has nothing to do with the money saved, but rather with the time earned. We make it quick and easy for our customers to pick out the top players of any sector in the industry and give them a direct line to the supplier. And, as an added bonus, we have already negotiated great savings on their behalf.”
