With today's gas prices, who wouldn't want their own personal oil rig? In that spirit, the game pros at Skee-Ball, Inc. have dug deep into their creative reservoir to create their latest redemption title, Strike It Rich.
Attractively themed to look like an oil rig, Strike It Rich is an exciting, stop-action game that challenges players to stop the scrolling LED light ball in the highlighted ticket area. Each successful stop moves the player through the five levels of game play with each level becoming more difficult but more rewarding. Default ticket settings are 5, 10, 15 and 30, but these are operator adjustable. If a player reaches the final level, they have the opportunity to play for a progressive jackpot.
The two- or four-player game has a vertically oriented cabinet with a very small footprint. "Strike It Rich has been fully tested throughout the summer with all locations reporting return on investment of less than 10 weeks, some as little as three weeks," said Skee-Ball president Jeff Hudson. "We are in full production of the game in both two and four player models."
